• Shipping days: Monday to Friday
• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, or transportation delays.
• Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days

• All shipments are fully insured
• In case of loss or damage, please contact our customer support team

• Track your order via our website or the Royal Mail website using your tracking number
• Our support team is available to assist with tracking inquiries

Missing Items Procedure

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Restocking Fees
